THEIR MISSION
Make mental fitness a proactive rather than reactive practice, in the same way we train our physical bodies.
Glow Your Mind is all about mental fitness training for your mind. The founder, Antonia’s, mission is to give people tools and regimens to follow to train their minds in the same way we train our bodies at the gym. The wellness and mental health space has become quite a busy one these days but the brand ethos here was to make it uplifting and remind people of the benefits rather than dwell on any sadness. The colour palette plays a huge role in this as do the hand-drawn illustrations and iconography, and watercoloured patterning which are used throughout the branding – all medical charts are done in this style as Antonia’s goal is to make this practice enjoyable and mentally beneficial. Proposal templates and presentation templates, and the website were key parts of this design system as they are the major touchpoints that clients and potential clients interact with her wonderfully optimistic teaching style.
